Pleasant semi-detached cottage adjoining another gite in the heart of thecountryside, yet only 1.5k from a lovely, sandy beach.Sitting/dining room with tv and fitted kitchen area (m/wave, d/washer).Shower room (w/machine). Wc. Dble bedrm. Open tread stairs to 1st floorlanding (sitting area) leading to shower room/wc and 2 twin bedrms. Travelcot, high chair, stairgate, baby bath. Electric heating. Small, sharedgrass area (swings). Shared barn (table tennis).Private garden with furniture & bbq. Utility charge: metered.
This is ideal for walkers with lots of marked footpaths to follownearby - maps and itineraries can be found in gite. Apart from a beach,Penmarch (1k) has many amenities and a market is held in the villageevery Wednesday.
