Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Pleasant end of terrace gite next to QB4299 Max 5+ & near owners' home. No smoking. 3rd holiday home (Max 5/6+) close by. Lounge (stone walls, beams, woodburner, English satellite tv, dvd) with 2 steps up to kitchen/diner (d/washer, m/wave). Bath/shower. Wc. 1st flr has 2 attic bedrms - a dble & a small twin (for children) with low sgle beds. Duvets. Towel hire 6 euros per person (2 bath, 1 hand towel, but not beach towels).Travel cot, high chair, baby bath & stairgate on request (cot sheet and quilt hire 5 euros per week). Electric heating (included). Private gravel courtyard & small lawn area (garden furniture, bbq). Shared laundry room (w/machine) & games room (table tennis, pool table). Bicycle hire. Large shared grounds with swings. Bicycle shed. Utility charge: included. The Pool: 11m x 4.2m and 0.9m to 2m deep (non chlorine) with poolside loungers. Heated, fenced & shared with owners & the 2 other holiday homes. Open end May to mid Sept.
A lovely area close to the river Blavet & the Quénécan forest. There is also direct access from the grounds to the Nantes-Brest canal for leisurely walks, fishing & cycling. The Lac de Guerlédan (8k) has many facilities including swimming, sailing & water-skiing.

This is our 5th holiday to Brittany and was one of the best due to the gite & its location. We loved the nice private outdoor area as well as the well equipped interior.
