Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Well renovated mid-terrace property next to QB4298 Max 4+ & the owners' home. 3rd holiday home, sleeping Max 5/6+ close by. No smoking. Spacious open plan living room (English satellite tv, woodburner, dvd, exposed stone walls/beams) with dining area & fitted kitchen (d/washer, m/wave). 1st flr has bath/shower, wc & 3 attic bedrms - sgle, twin & dble. Duvets. Towel hire 6 euros per person (2 bath, 1 hand towel but not beach towels). Travel cot, high chair, baby bath & stairgate on request. Electric heating (included). Shared laundry room (w/machine). Bicycle hire. Small private gravel courtyard (garden furniture, bbq) leading to large shared grounds with swings & games room (table tennis, pool table). Bicycle shed. Utility charge: included. The Pool: 11m x 4.2m and 0.9m to 2m deep (non chlorine). Heated, fenced and shared with owners and the other 2 holiday homes. Open end May to mid Sept.
Extensive grounds with direct access to the river Blavet and the Nantes-Brest canal for lovely walks, cycling & fishing. Pontivy is an attractive market town with a 15thC château.

We had a wonderful holiday. The holiday home was lovely & very comfortable (no problem sleeping, very quiet). With 2 young children we decided to stay local. Pontivy had everything we wanted. Went to the Lac de Guerlédan every day (10mn away, really nice)! Charles & Kath were most helpful; nothing was a problem, always on hand to assist.
