Description of Hotel le Brittany, Roscoff
Roscoff, Brittany Ferries' home port, is a pretty little fishing village and popular resort, close to the dramatic coast and unspoilt countryside of Finistère. This splendid old manor house overlooks the fishing port, close to the ferry terminal (300m), and was moved from elsewhere, rebuilt stone by stone and then extended to create what is today a well run, lovely hotel. Its restaurant has wonderful sea views and is highly regarded locally. The stylish bedrooms have free Wi-Fi and complimentary tea and coffee making facilities, there is an indoor pool and Turkish bath, and bike hire is also available.

Ferry prices for holiday clients are greatly reduced therefore if you travel abroad for 7 nights or longer a minimum of 3 nights holiday accommodation for all members of the party must be booked.

Beautifully located, with charming staff and a wonderful restaurant this hotel made a great venue for a much needed short break. Although our room was somewhat dark the general standard of accommodation was high and comfort and service levels were all that could be wished for. We would normally scoot off into the interior after off loading from the ferry, but we decided to try Roscoff as other people had said how charming the town was. We were not disappointed even though the weather on our first day (13th July) was awful. The Bastille Day week end fireworks and "buzz" in the town were an added bonus. We managed to fit in visits to Lesneven (our town twin), Morlaix and Quimper. Recommended? Yes, I should say so!! Mr & Mrs Sadler, July 2012
We enjoyed two lovely days at Ar Men Du in Brittany - wonderful scenery and views despite the rain and wind. The accommodation was superb, smart and very well presented and the restaurant delighted our taste buds at every meal.
