Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
This pleasant detached house is by a road in a country hamlet, 1k from Quintin, once a famous centre for producing fine linen. Sitting/dining room (fireplace & tv). Fitted kitchen/breakfast room (f/freezer, m/wave & d/washer). Dble bedrm (w/basin & wc). Open tread stairs to 1st flr (low window on landing) with bathroom, wc & 2 pretty bedrms - twin & dble. Travel cot < 3yrs (on request). Oil fired c/heating (70 euros/wk). Shed (w/machine, t/dryer). Lovely enclosed garden with terrace,furniture, bbq, 2 loungers. Open grounds with swings, boules pitch & basketball net. Utility charge: metered.
Quintin is classified as a 'cité de caractère' & has its very own riverside château, open to the public.There's also a museum of weaving & an August festival.
