Fairly new semi-detached property amongst a group of houses in beautiful village beside the Rance estuary. Stunning views from garden & most rooms. 7 steps down to entry or direct access at rear. Kitchen (f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer). Lounge/dining room (fireplace, tv, dvd) with glass doors to terrace. Shower. Wc. 1st floor has bath/shower & 3 bedrms - 1 twin, 1 dble, 1 king size dble. Electric heaters. Sloping driveway to garage (w/machine & sink). Enclosed garden (patio, furniture, bbq, 2 loungers). Utility charge: metered.

The village holds a traditional fête during the 1st weekend of August (no vehicles in village then - park free just outside). Estuary beach 100m, coastal beaches 12k. There is a watersports centre just 300m away with sailing, windsurfing, canoeing etc (equipment hire and lessons available).

St Suliac is a lovely village in a beautiful part of the world. The views from the gîte can only be described as magnificent. We enjoyed a week taking in the fresh air, walking and just looking at the incredible view. For golfers, Dinard Golf Club in St Briac is a wonderful links course with amazing views. We enjoyed a really warm welcome from M & Madame Glemotand and quickly felt at home. We can particularly recommend Les Jardins de Mont Marin - the views over the Rance from the gardens are outstanding. The beach is safe for children to swim and hiring canoes from the nearby sailing centre was great fun in the calm waters of the estuary. If you go to St Malo there is a park and ride for 3 euros per car, with a free bus into town. Don, Catherine, Amanda & Sarah, August 2010

Our first visit to St Suliac, we are very impressed and have really enjoyed exploring the area with our two young children. A great gite with fabulous views.
