Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Spacious gite in left side of detached house (right side unoccupied) in a quiet location just 700m from the beautiful Plage du Verger. Well renovated and furnished interior. Sitting/dining room with tv & dvd. Kitchen with f/freezer, m/wave & d/washer. Shower room/wc (w/machine). 1st floor has a twinbedrm (beach theme decor), dble bedrm (nice garden views) and a spare bedrm with a sgle bed & steep ladder type stairs to a tiny attic room (sofa). Gas c/heating (10 euros/day). Travel cot, high chair, baby bath. Very pleasant, large enclosed front garden full of trees & flowers (furniture & bbq). Utility charge: included.
With the many excellent seafood restaurants in Cancale (2.5k), you are really spoilt for choice.

Wonderful location with an exceptional garden. The location was ideal for exploring the area and beautiful beaches (10 mins walk to the nearest beach) and close to supermarket for provisions. A well equipped and tastefully decorated house - this gite is everything you could want in a holiday home, in an extremely peaceful location. The garden is massive and very well kept, the supermarket only a very short drive and it's within walking distance/a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen - look out for the dolphins!
