Customer Reviews
Beautiful house & location. Kingfisher can be seen at the bridge if you are lucky. Owners very pleasant & helpful, thanks for the welcome pack! Anita & Trevor Spratt, August 2011
The market at Lannion on Thursday is a very lively place to try out local cheeses & sausage. The brocante (antiques) market at Trégastel on Friday was great too. A favourite time & day for all 3 generations of the family. Pete & Les, Catrina & Steve, Eleanor, Amity & Aunty Fliss, July/August 2011
Trebeurden: wonderful sandy beaches, great carousel for the kids. Lannion: gorgeous old buildings with charming shop signs - look up. We had rugs in garden reading, eating fruit, tea & beer, enjoying the sunshine and lots of play in what our 5 year old called 'the enchanted garden'. Matt, Aly, Mira, Lara Cannock + Grandpa & granny, July 2011
Went over the beach to the pizza restaurant 'al dente' in Penvern, just over the bridge out of Ile Grande. Walk round the island very pleasant, especially with kids. Jones family, April 2011
An excellent spot for some wonderful coastal walks. We have enjoyed the fresh sea air every day. The coastal 'Grande Randonnée' path from Trégastel to Perros Guirec is beautiful. After a long walk, the moules frites at the 'Au bout d'Ile' provide tasty sustenance. Neil & Jenny Johnson, September 2010
The house is fantastic. We made good use of the terrace where we enjoyed the sunny evenings every day. The views from the bedrooms were spectacular and ever changing. Ellen, Kerry, Carolyn & Paul, September 2010
Lots of bbqs and breakfast on the terrace. We have enjoyed many local ciders and French wine and cheese! The island is fantastic to run around and at a gentle pace will take about 50 minutes. Our favourite beach was called Toul Gwenn (which is also the closest). It's very safe for children and at low tide you can almost paddle all the way to Aval island. The Quinns & the Eddys, August 2010
A fantastic week in a beautiful house on a beautiful island. William, Claydon, Johns, April 2010
