Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Charming detached stone property in a peaceful setting not far from the beach, in a quiet lane away from the main road. The interior was renovated in 2010 in an attractive modern (minimalist) style. Fitted kitchen (f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer) with original tiled floor. Dining room. Lounge with tv. Wc. Hallway with wooden stairs leading to first floor which has bath/shower room (French window to balcony) and 3 bedrms - 2 dbles (1 with en suite shower/wc) and a twin (beds are 0.80m wide). Oil c/heating (10 euros/day when used). Garage (w/machine). Lovely garden with furniture and bbq, enclosed by walls. Cleaning charge is compulsory. Utility charge: metered.
Places to visit include Paimpol (16k) which is attractive with cobbled streets, an old port & Tuesday market, or take a boat trip to the beautiful island of Bréhat, one of Brittany's treasures and wonderful for photography.

A lovely, very comfortable property. Plenty of hot water (essential!), very comfy beds, lovely location only 5 mins drive from the coast.
