Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Recently furnished 3 storey stone property in a small village, just 10 minutes' drive from lovely beaches. Open plan living room with well equipped fitted kitchen/dining area (freezer, m/wave, d/washer, washer/dryer), sofas & tv (English channels). 1st floor has bath/shower/wc and 2 bedrms - 1 dble (en suite bath/shower/wc), 1 twin. 2nd floor locked - for owners' use only. Linen hire 10 euros per sgle, 20 euros per dble bed. Duvets. Cot, high chair, baby bath, stairgate. Electric heating (included). No smoking. By roadside (not very busy, quiet at night) with plenty of free parking within 50m. No garden. Utility charge: included.
There is tennis, a bar and small shops in the village (including a recommended boulangerie) and the attractive local town of Tréguier has a Wednesday market. Also in the area you can go back in time and take a trip on the steam train from Pontrieux to Paimpol.

A most enjoyable stay. Accommodation is great, walks by the lakes were very pleasant. We visited several places along the coast all extremely interesting with good beaches for the kids. We have stayed in lots of gites over France however this property is by far the best equipped. This has been a great place for a relaxing week. We have visited Paimpol, lovely harbour and pretty town and nice walks around Perros Guirec, again a very pretty place. The Parsons, October 2010
