Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Beautiful semi-detached gite in a row of buildings bordering the Canal de Bourgogne (views from all rooms). Tastefully decorated & furnished throughout & featuring lots of original tiling. Well equipped fitted kitchen/breakfast room (m/wave, d/washer, w/machine, t/dryer). Spacious living room with dining area, sofa bed, 2 easy chairs, tv, dvd, hi-fi, fireplace with woodburner. 3 steps up to shower room & separate wc. 1st floor has bath/shower/wc & 3 bedrms - interconnecting twin & dble room (each also accessible independently) & 1 with large sgle bed. Duvets. Cot, high chair. Electric heaters. Enclosed terrace/lawn with furniture & bbq overlooking canal. Free use of 10 bicycles (4 for adults, 4 for teenagers and 2 for children). Utility charge: metered.
Fishing in the canal all year for carp, roach, pike & perch. Permit from village shop - 200m (7 euros/day, 30 euros/2 wks). Tennis court for clients' free use (200m).

A very comfortable gite, and an excellent quiet location by the canal and at the edge of the little town. Bread a few hundred metres away, and a very good butcher.
