Bright sitting/dining room with flat screen tv and kitchen area (f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer). Shower room/wc. 1st floor has bathroom, wc and 3 comfortable bedrms - a dble, a twin and 1 with bunk beds. Cot < 3yrs, high chair. Heaters. 5 steps up from terrace to rear, enclosed garden (furniture, bbq). Shared front courtyard & garage (2 spaces). Utility charge: metered.
The N4 road runs close to this property giving easy access to Disneyland and Paris (80k). Freshwater activities (swimming, pedaloes) at St Rémy de la Vanne (12k). Market day is Thursday in La Ferté Gaucher (12k).
