Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Charming, semi-detached gite (welcoming owners' family lives next door) in pleasant countryside. Kitchen (d/washer). Lounge (tv). Shower/wc (w/machine). 1st flr tple bedrm (dble & sgle bed). 2nd flr mezzanine (dble & large sgle bed). Travel cot & high chair (on request). Very steep & narrow stairs. Oil c/heating. Enclosed terrace with furniture, bbq. Large, open grounds. Utility charge: metered.
Owners, who are retired wine makers, offer their guests an apéritif, a free trip around the local area in their own vehicle and a visit to the Cessenon wine cellars with a talk on the various stages of the production of wine.

A week is not enough. There is so much to see that a month is more appropriate. We had to leave a lot of unseen for our next visit. M. and Mme Bellissent have provided everything we could need and couldn't have provided a nicer welcome - rosé, rouge and flowers!! Like previous guests we mostly ignored the large towns and concentrated instead on villages on the small roads. The only exception to this was Pézenas (about halfway between Béziers and Montpellier).
