Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Lovely, detached renovated outbuilding of owners' watermill 'Le Moulin de la Rochette' in hamlet leading down to river. The Château de Chenonceau is just a 5 minute drive away. Laundry room (w/machine). Wc. Comfortable sitting/dining room with sofa bed, tv, woodburner and kitchen area (m/wave & d/washer). Steep stairs to 1st floor with shower room and 2 attic bedrms - a dble and a twin. Electric heaters. High chair. Shared courtyard. Private lawn area (garden furniture, bbq). Clients also have access to owners' lovely large garden by the river where you can relax and spot the wildlife. Utility charge: metered.
Fishing in private river all year for freshwater fish including trout & pike - no permit required. Clients also have access to owners' large garden by the river.
