Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
100 yr old comfortable detached house at end of private drive which also leads to owners' home, in quiet setting. Pleasant lounge/dining room (tv) with kitchen/breakfast area (f/freezer, d/washer). Boiler room (w/machine). Shower. Wc. Fairly steep stairs to 1st floor with 2 bedrms - 1 tple (dble & sgle bed), 1 dble with w/basin. High chair. Oil c/heating (42 euros/wk). Courtyard. Secluded garden (lawn, furniture, bbq). Utility charge: metered.
The beautiful medieval town of Chinon has a hilltop château, a museum of wine and a busy Thursday market for local produce.
