Arriving at your property

Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.

Description of Accommodation

Beautiful, newly renovated detached property in peaceful countryside - ideal for families and a great base for visiting the attractions of the Loire. In owners' grounds (but with separate entrance and plenty of privacy) near their home and small B&B, 3k from village. Lovely fitted kitchen (f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer, w/machine) leading to light, spacious living room with exposed beams and stone, large French windows & comfortable sitting area (woodburner, tv, dvd, hifi). Wc. 1st floor has 2 attractive bedrms (each with curtained off en suite shower/wc) - a 4-poster king size and a family room with 4 sgle beds (1 is a pull-out bed, 2 may be linked to make a king size dble). Travel cot & high chair on request. Electric heating. South facing terrace with garden furniture & bbq (leads to pool). Garden with boules & croquet pitch. Utility charge: included 1/6-30/9, metered all other months. The Pool: 8m x 4m and 1.20m to 2.10m deep. Heated and fenced. Open mid May to end Sept, shared with owners and B&B guests (max 6).

Just 2k from the river Loire and a short drive from many of the famous châteaux including Villandry, Azay le Rideau and Langeais.
