Customer Reviews
A great location if you want to forget the rest of the world exists you can or you can explore the region and return to relax and reflect and enjoy the peace & quiet. If you've got young children a lot of thought has been put into providing for their enjoyment by the owners who will also educate you on the culture and use of their main product - saffron. A credit to French hospitality. Mr Hayhurst, August 2012
This is a lovely gite in a peaceful, rural location - it is very well equipped, especially for families with small children. It has private parking & the secluded garden has a covered area with a bbq & table and chairs making alfresco eating a delight. Relatively close to a number of major towns with good markets & lovely chateaux. The owners were friendly & welcoming - try their home made wine (a very passable beaujolais type). The Scerri family, July 2012
An enjoyable, restful week! The gite has been excellent and we appreciated its space & comfort. Thank you for the wine, the tomatoes and the raspberries and for the demonstration of saffron harvesting. Merci beaucoup! Jon and Jo Dean, Great Ayton, N.Yorkshire, September 2011
A lovely week! Super weather and the gite is great. Thank you for the wine and the garden produce! Lots of places to visit too, some of the smaller chateaux definitely worth seeing! Lynette, Alex, Beltham, September 2011
If you like walking, look out for the Sentiers d'interprétations' up by the Parc Naturel Loire-Anjou-Touraine, a series of signposted and delightful bilingual walks in the area. And what a fantastic building - superb stonework, beautifully restored with delightful features. Magnifique! Jim, Debbie, Rebecca, Rachel, Daniel & Ann, October 2010
The gite has been beautifully restored and this is a lovely setting. Elaine & Ron Malkin & Christine Smith, October 2010
Until you enter the door, you cannot imagine 'le trésor à l'intéreur', you have a beautiful gite. Thank you for the vegetables, the fruits from your garden, and the bottle of wine, it was all delicious. Thank you again for your hospitality. The gite has been beautifully restored and this is a lovely setting. Annette O'Brien & family, August 2010
We have appreciated your help for everything and your hospitality. Sylvia, Liz & Libby, May 2010
We had a wonderful holiday and hope to come back again. The Greensalls, undated
