Detached, sgle storey renovated 18thC property at edge of hamlet. Close to large wood (good walking area). Lounge/dining room with tv, dvd and fireplace (woodburner). Kitchen (f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer). Utility room (w/machine). Shower room. Wc. 2 bedrms - a dble with door to front terrace (garden furniture) and a twin. Travel cot, high chair, baby bath. Towel hire 5 euros per person. Heaters. Enclosed courtyard (to rear) and front garden (trees, bbq). Table tennis. Garage. Utility charge: metered.
A Tuesday market is held at Neuillé Pont Pierre (7k). The historic city of Tours is within easy reach from here.
