Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Semi-detached gite adjoining a former tannery alongside a road (not too busy) in town centre. All accommodation is on 1st floor with a cellar below. Balcony with pleasant views over pool & tennis courts (100m). Entrance to simply furnished interior is via outside steps or inside stairs from cellar. Sitting/dining room (tv, French window to balcony). Kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher). Bathroom (washing machine). Wc. 2 bedrms - a twin and double (door to balcony). Cot < 3yrs. Oil fired c/heating (25 euros per week). Garage. Small enclosed front courtyard. Garden with lawn, furniture, swing seat & bbq. Utility charge: metered.
Mondoubleau has many amenities and holds a Monday market. This is also well located near the Loire valley renowned for its beautiful châteaux & gardens (Poncé sur Loir, Le Lude, Pruillé l'Eguillé). Vendôme, known as the 'garden town' is on the route of St Jacques de Compostelle and has much historic interest.
