Description of Hotel des Isles, Barneville-Carteret
Barneville Plage, Barneville Bourg and Carteret - together these are collectively known as Barneville-Carteret, a lovely family resort with blue flag beaches, a lively fishing and sailing port from where there are regular ferry services to the Channel Islands, and the old market town built on the top of a hill with its fortified, square towered Roman church. Overlooking the beach in Barneville Plage the des Isles is a gem of a hotel. Family run, the stylish accommodation has a nautical feel throughout, bedrooms mostly have a sea view and a shower as opposed to a bath, and the excellent restaurant is popular with the locals.

Ferry prices for holiday clients are greatly reduced therefore if you travel abroad for 7 nights or longer a minimum of 3 nights holiday accommodation for all members of the party must be booked.
