Description of Accommodation
Between our port of Caen and fashionable Deauville, Houlgate is a small unspoilt resort with plenty of holiday amenities. There is a long beautiful beach with sailing, windsurfing and (in July/Aug) a children's club which can be booked at reception at a special rate. The Bayeux Tapestry, picturesque Honfleur and the D-Day Landing beaches are all within an easy drive.
This stylish modern residence is on a hillside above Houlgate (1k). The 82 apartments and 44 houses are attractively furnished, well equipped and most have sea view. Beds in twin rooms can be placed together to make king size beds. Sun terrace and heated outdoor pool (20m x 8m and 0.8m-1.5m deep, open April to end Sept) with sea views. Spa/beauty centre (for over 16s and charge payable) with small indoor pool heated to 30°C, sauna, steam room & free fitness room. Play room & playground. Wi-Fi throughout complex. Food items and bakery products may be ordered at reception.
