Description of Accommodation
Charming, recently renovated detached gite near 2 other houses in wooded area at the end of a country lane. For those who enjoy walking this is close to the GR35 footpath. Entrance hall leading to shower room/wc & spacious dble bedrm (2 steps up) with duvet, beamed ceiling & door to terrace/garden. Steep stairs to 1st floor with light, airy living room (lovely views) with fireplace, dining area and small kitchenette (mini oven & 2-ring hob - no full size oven). Electric c/heating. Split level garden with furniture, bbq & 2 loungers. Utility charge: metered.
For nature lovers or those who enjoy walking this is an ideal spot, close to the GR35 footpath. Thury Harcourt (6k) has shops, restaurants, indoor pool, a lake & canoeing.

We have had an excellent holiday. The gite is just perfect. We have loved the log fire and peaceful surroundings but have managed to tear ourselves away to visit some lovely places. Bayeux and its famous tapestry, St Malo with its medieval fortifications & Pont l'Evêque where we could not miss a trip around the famous Père Magloire Calvados distillery.
