Customer Reviews

Mr Anthony DUFFY

A very nice hotel - very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent. Parking was a little expensive but very convenient. Rooms were perfectly adequate for our golf trip.

Miss Catherine STEAD

Great location, comfortable rooms, welcoming staff who spoke English and lovely buffet breakfast in adjacent restaurant which also did evening meals with 15% discount for hotel guests. Very short stroll to centre of Caen and wide range of eateries. Large public car park opposite, free between 7pm and 9.30am. Great centre for touring the sites of Normandy.

The Deacons

The accommodation we stayed at was in the centre of Caen and very easy to find. The hotel staff were helpful, polite and professional. Food was of the highest quality and was reasonably inexpensive. Our rooms were clean and spacious. There were a large number of other residents during our stay, but this did not dilute the attention we were afforded when required. We would certainly use Brittany Ferries to choose our accommodation again.

The Jackson Party

Excellent location in Caen to visit the Normandy area. The hotel is of a good standard, plenty of choice for breakfast. Breakfast times were excellent allowing me time to not rush in the morning. Room was always clean. A good experience all round that is why I book the same package year after year.

Mr & Mrs Wilkins

This hotel is well situated for all attractions. The rooms are ok but a little small but are accessible by a lift so ok for older people etc. Also, the receptionists are English speaking, which, in my case was an enormous help. Parking is available in the basement but a bit expensive at 10 euros a night. Overall a hotel well worth visiting.
