Description of Accommodation
Comfortable semi-detached gite adjoining house (occupied all year) in hamlet. Beautiful sandy beach at Carteret. Living room with woodburner, tv & simple kitchen area (m/wave, w/machine). Open tread stairs to 1st floor with bathroom/wc & 2 bedrms with low windows - tple (dble & sgle bed) & small dble. Travel cot, high chair. C/heating (47 euros/wk). Shared courtyard. Large private enclosed garden at side of property with furniture & bbq. Utility charge: metered.
Portbail (7k) is a beautiful old town with an ancient tidal harbour, sheltered marina & beach offering leisure facilities including sand yachting, sailing & kite flying.
