Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Pleasantly renovated terraced gite beside owners' home & empty farm building in hamlet. Fitted kitchen area (f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer, w/machine, t/dryer) opening into lounge/dining area (tv, dvd, sofa bed, French window to patio). Shower room/wc. 1st floor has wc, shower room & 3 bedrms - 1 dble, 1 tple (dble & sgle bed), 1 with large sgle bed. Duvets. Electric heaters. South-facing private garden (patio, furniture & bbq) bordered by river & trees. 7 bicycles available for free use - 5 for adults and 2 for children (8yrs & 4yrs). Utility charge: metered.
Trout fishing in the small river on site from mid March-end Sept (no permit required).

End of stay cleaning - 40 euros
