Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Pleasant, recently renovated house adjoining friendly owner's bar (which also serves pizzas some evenings) in village centre. Spacious open plan living room with fireplace, tv and modern fitted kitchen (f/freezer, d/washer, combination m/wave, oven & grill). Utility room with w/machine. Large shower room. Wc. Steep narrow open tread spiral stairs to first floor with 2nd wc and 3 bedrms - 1 dble and 2 twins (1 with 2 sgle beds that may be placed together). Duvets. Electric heaters. Private parking. Large secluded enclosed garden with lawn, furniture & bbq. Utility charge: metered.
Other than the bar (closed Tues) the village is quiet and has no shops. The nearby town of Flers has a castle and beautiful park to visit as well as a twice weekly market. La Roche d'Oëtre (10k) is in the heart of the Suisse Normande and from its altitude of 118m has one of the most beautiful panoramic views in this part of France.
