Arriving at your property

Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.

Description of Accommodation

One of 2 recently renovated cottages, this one 2 storey (on right), by small road on village outskirts. See also QN3142 Max 6/8+. Interior is cosy, deceptively spacious & full of character. Lounge/dining room (fireplace, exposed beams, stone walls, tv, dvd, video) leading to kitchen/breakfast room (m/wave). Twin bedrm (door to garden). Shower/wc. Stairs lead directly into attractive tple bedrm (dble & sgle bed, sloping ceilings, exposed beams, oak floor). Cot < 3yrs, high chair & stairgate. Linen hire price is per person. Electric heating (included). Enclosed rear garden (furniture, bbq). Shared laundry room (w/machine, t/dryer), front courtyard & garage (pool table). No smoking. Compulsory end of stay cleaning charge. £140 deposit to be paid in advance to owner. Utility charge: included.

Small shop, bar and restaurant in the village. It's only a short drive to Jullouville (beach) or the walled town and resort of Granville.
