Light & spacious newly fitted kitchen/dining area (m/wave, d/washer) with door to side garden. Lounge (fireplace, tv/dvd). Wc. Stairs to 1st flr dble bedrm (en suite bath/shower). Steep narrow stairs to 2nd flr with shower/wc & 2 further bedrms - 1 twin, 1 with dble & 2 sgle beds. Duvets. Linen hire price is per person. Cot < 3yrs, high chair & stairgate. Oil fired c/heating (included). Enclosed rear garden (furniture, bbq). Shared laundry room (w/machine, t/dryer), front courtyard & garage (pool table). No smoking. Compulsory end of stay cleaning charge. £140 deposit to be paid in advance to owner. Utility charge: included.
The lively resort of Granville, Villedieu les Poêles (famous for copper) & magnificent Mont St Michel are all within easy reach.
