Description of Hotel Ibis Styles Ouistreham, Ouistreham

Opposite the ferry terminal, yet not far from the village centre and beach, this friendly hotel has been renamed (was the Mercure) and has comfortable, well-equipped bedrooms with free Wi-Fi, a stylishly modern bar and a restaurant that serves good food. For those who fancy a flutter there's a casino beside the long sandy beach or if you feel like being pampered for the day, why not try the luxurious spa centre at the Riva Bella hotel (see HF1893). The city of Caen is great for shopping and easily reached by car along with the numerous D-Day attractions in the area - Arromanches is just along the coast and slightly inland, Bayeux, famous for the tapestry, is worth visiting. Hotel parking approx. 5 euros/night or free public parking nearby.
