Description of Hotel le Fruitier, Villedieu les Poêles
Villedieu les Poêles, one of the oldest towns in Normandy, is literally 'God's Town of Frying Pans' and copper shops tempt you from all sides. It has also been involved in the making of church bells since the Middle Ages and the world famous foundry is well worth a visit to watch the craftsmen at work. The le Fruitier is a very pleasant 2* hotel with comfortable rooms and the locally renowned chef prepares fine meals to enjoy in the charming setting of the restaurant. Additionally there is a bar/brasserie that is open daily and the hotel has an indoor pool, sauna and steam room in a separate building (800m) which guests are welcome to use (charge payable). Garage parking approx. 7 euros/night or free public parking nearby.

Ferry prices for holiday clients are greatly reduced therefore if you travel abroad for 7 nights or longer a minimum of 3 nights holiday accommodation for all members of the party must be booked.
