Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Beautifully restored semi-detached property adjoining friendly owners' house & near another gite on outskirts of small quiet village. Lovely sitting/dining room with exposed beams/stone, old bread oven, tv & superb fitted kitchen area (f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer). Utility room (w/machine). Wc. 1st flr has an attractive bathroom/wc & 3 pleasant bedrms - a twin & a dble interconnecting with a sgle (suitable for a child). Travel cot, high chair, baby bath. Oil fired c/heating (100 euros p/w all year). Raised private covered terrace (accessed from 1st flr) with jacuzzi & view over grounds. Courtyard. Very large shared grounds (trees, flowers, garden furniture, bbq, swings & slide for under 10s). Welcome pack. Utility charge: metered (included 11/5 to 27/9). The Pool: 10m x 5m & 1m to 1.8m deep. Fenced & open 10am-12 noon and 2.30pm until 8pm, May to Sept. Shared with owners and 2nd gite.
Bar, restaurant and a pretty château in Charras (600m).
