Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Lovely detached property in rural hamlet, close to friendly owners' house. Great views over fields & vineyards. Bright, spacious sitting/dining room with exposed beams, fireplace & tv. Kitchen with table, chairs, f/freezer, m/wave & d/washer. Utility room (w/machine). Shower room. Wc. 1st floor has 2nd wc, bath/shower room and 3 bedrms - 2 dbles and a twin. Duvets. Travel cot, high chair, baby bath. Gas c/heating (40 to 60 euros charged per week if used). Large, front & rear gardens with lawn, trees, flowers swings, slide and beautiful brick bbq. Small, covered rear terrace with garden furniture. Utility charge: included.
All amenities can be found in Jonzac (3k) including a Tuesday market and a plan d'eau with a man made beach, swimming facilities, sauna & jacuzzi. Cognac (38k) offers guided tours around its brandy distilleries. Marked cycling paths 500m.
