Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Lovely detached gite (no smoking) close to 4 others (each one has its own private entrance) in large, open grounds leading to a fairly quiet road. Ground floor shower room & bedrm is accessible for the disabled. Entrance through patio doors to a bright, pleasant conservatory used as a dining area (bbq, cane settee). Spacious living room with fireplace, tv and kitchen area (f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer, w/machine). Shower/wc. Tple bedrm (3 sgle beds). 1st floor has shower room, wc, another tple bedrm (3 sgle beds) and 2 dble bedrms. Cot < 3yrs, high chair, baby bath (all on request). Private garden area (sun loungers). Shared t/dryer & table tennis. Covered terrace with garden furniture. Cleaning charge is per hour. Utility charge: included.
Owners produce their own wine and offer guests wine tasting on their estate (1k). Montendre (27k) has a plan d'eau with facilities including swimming, canoeing & pedalo hire.
