Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Very pleasant semi-detached gite adjoining owners' property in large open grounds. There are 2 bicycles on site for clients' use in perfect cycling countryside which is also ideal for walking (maps available in gite). Lounge with exposed beams, tv & dvd. Kitchen/dining room with fireplace, f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer & w/machine. Shower room. Wc. 1st floor has shower/wc and 3 bedrms - 2 dbles (1 with king size bed) and a twin. Cot < 3yrs, high chair, stairgate, baby bath. Oil fired c/heating (50 to 60 euros/wk). Large shared (with owners) garden with swings, slide, table tennis & sandpit. Private garden & patio with furniture & bbq. Utility charge: included. The Pool: 10m x 5m with a constant depth of 1.5m. Fenced and shared (rarely) with owners. Open May to September.
Mirambeau (9k) holds a Saturday market and has an interesting church & castle to visit.

We spent another lovely two weeks in this wonderful gite. Mornac sur Seudre is one of the prettiest oysterbed villages - well worth a visit. Once again, Madame has supplied us with plenty of fantastic produce from her garden. The weather this year was exceptionally hot & the pool was superb! Return of the Bacons!
