Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Pleasant house in lively summer complex with enclosed outdoor pool (12m x 8m & 0.8m - 1.8m deep, mid Jun-mid Sept). See also QP2179 Max 4/6 on site. Living room with kitchenette (w/machine, d/washer, f/freezer, hob, mini oven, m/wave - no full size oven); dining table/chairs & sitting area with tv, dvd, video & sofa bed. Wc. Open tread stairs to 1st flr with bathroom & 2 bedrms - 1 dble, 1 twin (bunk beds). Duvets. Travel cot, stairgates, clip-on high chair. Electric heating (included). French windows to small enclosed garden with furniture. Enclosed parking area. Please note Monday arrival only, between 4pm-7pm. £80 deposit payable by cheque to owner 3 weeks before departure. No smoking. Utility charge: included.
An ideal beach holiday spot with plenty of places to visit in the area including the Roman city of Saintes, the zoo at La Palmyre and the brandy houses in Cognac.
