Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Pretty, well renovated detached gite in countryside, by river, opposite friendly owners' home. Close to cereal farm. Sitting/dining room with fireplace, tv/video and kitchen area with exposed beams and French window to terrace (m/wave, f/freezer). Utility room (w/machine, d/washer). Wc. 1st floor has sitting area (landing), bathroom/wc and a dble and twin bedrm. Cot < 3yrs, high chair. Electric heating. Garden with patio, furniture, bbq. Enclosed courtyard. Utility charge: included.
Fishing available in river (trout & pike), permit required. 2 bicycles available (lady and gent's) and a boat for use on river (owners will provide life jackets). A Thursday & Sunday market is held in Aulnay (10k) There is a freshwater lake at St Jean d'Angély (18k) for swimming and games.
