Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Attractive, detached gite (for non smokers) on outskirts of village. River on site (100m from property). All accommodation is on grd floor (1st floor is closed off). Lounge with exposed beams/stone walls and door to covered patio (garden furniture, bbq). 3 steps down to dining room (tv, dvd). Simple kitchen with table, chairs, f/freezer, m/wave & d/washer. W/machine in corridor. Bath/shower room. Wc. Dble and twin bedrm. Cot < 3yrs, high chair, baby bath. Towel hire 15 euros per person. Electric heaters. A few steps up to enclosed garden with fruit trees & swings. 2nd garden accessed via quiet road with flowers, vegetables and garden furniture. Small splash pool for children (3.5m diameter, 60cm deep). Table tennis. Boules pitch. 3 adult and 2 children's bicycles available. Utility charge: included.
A boat (no safety jackets) & fishing available in river (bring your own rods) for carp, pike and tench - a permit is required and can be obtained in St Jean d'Angely.
