Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Detached house in quiet area of village, within walking distance of shops, restaurants etc. Outside stairs to 1st flr entrance & small terrace (grd flr empty). Small kitchen with 2 ring hob, mini oven (no full size oven), m/wave, d/washer, w/machine, f/freezer. Dining area with inset fireplace (free wood) with archway through to lounge (tv, dvd & sofa bed). Shower room/wc. Steep narrow stairs to 2nd wc & 2 bedrms - 1 dble, 1 twin. Duvets. Electric heaters. Air conditioning on 1st floor. Large, pleasant enclosed courtyard with trees, lawn, boules pitch, garden furniture & bbq. Linen hire price is per person. Utility charge: May to Oct 50 euros, Nov to Apr 76 euros per week.
A perfect location for trips to Nice, the Riviera & near neighbour Monaco. A Sunday morning market is held in Vence (5k).
