Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Lovely detached farmhouse that has been tastefully converted into a superb gite with exposed beams. Country setting near owners' home, a restored Roman chapel. Bedrooms on 1st floor have original decor and are in 2 different sections (non communicating). Large, well equipped fitted kitchen (f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer). Utility room (w/machine, t/dryer). 2 wcs. Comfortable lounge with tv & open tread stairs to dble (2 sgle beds joined to make a king size bed) & twin bedrm & shower/wc. Spacious dining room with fireplace, piano, table football & 2nd set of open tread stairs to dble bedrm (2 sgles joined together), 2 pretty twins & shower/wc. Cot < 3yrs, high chair. Electric heating (metered). Garden with terrace, lawn, furniture & bbq. Small front terrace (for clients to meet owners). Field (donkey & pony) alongside garden. Utility charge: included. Private Pool: 10m x 5m and 1.3m to 1.7m deep. Fenced and open June to end Sept.
Champigné (12k) holds a Tuesday market.
