Description of Accommodation
Attractive stone-built house adjoining friendly owners' storeroom in peaceful rural setting in middle of a vineyard. Owners live next door and cross front courtyard to access their house. Lovely kitchen/diner with m/wave. Lounge with tv. W/machine. Shower/wc. 2 steps down to dble bedrm. Open tread, steep narrow stairs to spacious attic tple bedrm (dble & sgle bed) with en suite w/basin & wc. Gas c/heating (56 euros/wk). Small, private courtyard. Large, slightly sloping garden with fruit trees, furniture, bbq. Utility charge: included.
Brissac Quincé (6k) has a stunning château known as the 'Giant of the Loire Valley'.
