Well renovated, detached former 19thC barn, in hamlet near owners' house. Pleasant interior with Mediterranean style decor. Lovely sitting/dining room with beams/stone walls & patio doors to terrace & large shared garden (furniture, bbq). Fitted kitchen area with f/freezer, m/wave & d/washer. W/machine (in barn). Shower room. Wc. Open tread stairs to mezzanine lounge (tv, dvd), wc and an attic twin & dble bedrm. Duvets. Heating (metered). Travel cot, high chair, stairgate, baby bath. Utility charge: included.
There is a man made beach at river in Rochefort for swimming & sunbathing.
