Description of Golf d'Anjou, Champigné
This international course was designed by Hawtree & Sons, creators of some of the most famous courses worldwide. It covers a large area of tranquil, undulating countryside with lovely old trees and hedgerows, punctuated by numerous lakes and water hazards. A covered practice area is available for a pre-round warm up, and there is a swimming pool (in season) for a quick dip afterwards and a lunch time restaurant if you wish to dine.
There is a supplement to play on Sat/Sun & French Bank Holidays: £5 from 1/11-28/2 and £8 at all other times.
Our opinion: A superb course. A must play! Favourite Hole: 3rd.
