Description of Hotel le Moulin Neuf, Chantonnay
The Moulin Neuf is in a lovely lakeside setting 5k outside the small town of Chantonnay in the heart of the western Loire. As well as a warm welcome, this good value for money hotel has simply furnished but comfortable bedrooms, an indoor pool with retractable sides that open outwards into the garden, a sauna and, in summer, you can dine on the terrace overlooking the water. The large lake provides the ideal location for canoeing, fishing and swimming in season or, if you prefer the car, you are never far from somewhere worth visiting.
