Description of Hotel de la Cité, Guérande
This modern hotel is on the outskirts of Guérande and focuses on the wellbeing of its guests in modern surroundings. Well equipped bedrooms are attractively furnished in calming tones and there is a lovely outdoor pool within the landscaped grounds as well as a pleasant bar and a gym. A brasserie is just opposite as well as a bowling alley and indoor swimming centre with pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc (special rates for hotel guests) and the hotel can also offer relaxing treatments and packages. Guérande is a small but beautiful old town enclosed by impressive 15thC ramparts that are still amazingly intact. On the edge of the Grand Brière, the town is particularly known for its salt marshes which have provided much of its wealth over the years.

Ferry prices for holiday clients are greatly reduced therefore if you travel abroad for 7 nights or longer a minimum of 3 nights holiday accommodation for all members of the party must be booked.
