Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Detached gite (entrance via outside steps) near owners' home in quiet country area. Kitchen/breakfast room (m/wave, f/freezer, d/washer). Laundry room (w/machine, t/dryer). Lounge/dining room (fireplace, tv, hi-fi). Wc. 1st floor has shower room, bathroom/wc (small bath) & 3 bedrms - 2 dbles and 1 with 2 sgle & 2 sgle pull-out beds. Travel cot < 3yrs. Very steep stairs to 2nd floor with large attic room (tv). Gas c/heating. Large open garden with furniture, bbq, table tennis, 4 loungers. Small unfenced lake by garden. Utility charge: metered.
Fishing all year in small lake on site for carp, tench, pike & roach, or in river l'Oudon (1k), with permit.

Bed linen hire - 8 euros
End of stay cleaning - 50 euros
