Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Pleasant detached gite beside large lake (fishing) & near unused barn in lovely setting. Use of small rowing boat. Spacious living room has kitchen corner (f/freezer, d/washer, m/wave), fireplace, tv & open tread stairs; door to lovely wooden terrace overlooking lake. Wc. Shower room (w/machine). 3 first floor dble bedrms, bath/shower & 2nd wc. Phone. Electric heaters. Extensive grounds with gravelled terrace, furniture, bbq & swing. Utility charge: metered.
Fishing available all year in large private lake on site for pike, carp, roach and tench. No permit is required and there is a utility room with storage facilities. The restaurant L'Eveil des Sens in Mayenne (3k) is highly recommended, serving gastronomic menus from around 20 euros.
