Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Attractive mid-terraced gite adjoining another and a house in deep countryside, surrounded by fields (sheep). Pleasant, well decorated interior with some interesting wooden tools reflecting local history. Living room with exposed stone walls/beams, French window to terrace, cosy lounge area (woodburner in fireplace, flat screen tv, hi-fi, sofa, armchairs), dining area and kitchen (f/freezer, toaster, m/wave, d/washer, w/machine, low table, chairs, benches). T/dryer in utility room. Shower room/wc. Open tread stairs to attic bathroom and 3 comfortable bedrms - twin, dble and a family room with a dble & 2 sgle beds. Travel cot, changing mat, high chair, stairgate, baby bath. Electric heating. Lovely garden (nice views) that has been very well kept by the owners with lots of flowers, lawn, furniture, 2 sun loungers, bbq, sandpit & wooden playhouse. Shared games room (table tennis, football Utility charge: metered.
Children can fish for fun in small private pond (100m). Serious fishing available in the Nantes to Brest canal (1k), lovely walks here too.

Wonderful gite - it is very comfortable and spacious, with a great games room to keep the children occupied. The kitchen is well equipped and there is plenty of lovely hot water!
