Arriving at your property
Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Beautiful semi-detached gite (no smoking) adjoining owners' house in huge wooded grounds. Interior has been tastefully decorated & furnished and carefully renovated using environmentally friendly materials (hemp, lime etc). Spacious living room with exposed beams, fireplace, tv, dvd, billiard table, large video screen/computer (to be used with owners' permission) and access to south-facing terrace. Large kitchen/dining room with f/freezer, m/wave, d/washer & w/machine. Shower room. Bathroom. 2 wcs. 5 bedrms (4 have a small flat screen tv) - 2 twins, 2 dbles with king size beds, (1 with en suite shower & 1 with en suite shower/wc & disabled access). Dormitory with 4 sgle & 4 sgle pull-out beds on 1st floor. Linen hire is per person. Travel cot, high chair, pushchair, changing table. Underfloor heating (free). 2nd terrace. Lovely front & side gardens with furniture, built-in bbq, picnic table & swings. Utility charge: included. Private Pool: 9.5m x 4.5m and 1.1m to 2.1m deep. Alarmed & open May to September for exclusive use of clients.
There is a towpath 200m away, ideal for walking. The surrounding Erdre countryside features woodland, marshes and grand mansions along its river banks.
