Your accommodation will generally be ready for you to arrive between 4pm and 6pm and you are requested to leave by 10am. Please bear this in mind when booking your ferry crossings.
Description of Accommodation
Modern end of terrace maisonette in holiday complex in a lively village with bars and cafés. Communal fenced swimming pool (mid June-mid Sept) & easy access to beach. Living area with kitchenette (small oven, 2 ring hob, small d/washer), dble sofa bed & very steep open stairs to mezzanine with dble bed. Grd flr shower (small w/machine), wc and tiny bedrm with bunk beds. Duvets. Electric heating (included). Small enclosed garden with furniture & bbq. Patio. Unsuitable for elderly or very young. No smoking. Mon arrival only, 4pm-8pm. Utility charge: included.
Lots of lovely beaches in this area and nearby Pornic is a bustling little town in summer with a yacht marina & an old harbour.

We have really enjoyed our holiday in La Berniere, the house is clean and has everything that you need. We went to the local market on Tuesday morning, lots of fresh fruit, veg and fish. We visited the aquarium at Le Croissic – one of the best we have been to! The rock pools on the beach are great fun, we spent hours fishing for crabs etc, we didn’t make it to the lagoon (next time maybe). I'm sure we will be back! The Scott-Rumballs, August 2011
The beaches are fantastic. The markets in the village are well worth a walk around, lots of cooked food and souvenirs to buy. For our first visit in this region it has been lovely and everyone has been so friendly. The Owens family, July 2010
