Description of Accommodation
St Jean de Monts is a popular resort with its beautiful Demoiselles beach, long seaside promenade, children's beach clubs, boutiques, bars & restaurants. To the south is the charming fishing port of St Gilles Croix de Vie (18k) where you can try the local seafood and one of the most popular family attractions is the Atlantic Toboggan Waterpark just a short drive away. To the north is the picturesque island of Noirmoutier (30k) which can be reached by a bridge and makes an ideal day trip.
280 spacious, attractive and well furnished houses in a pleasant setting amongst pine trees. There are 2 heated, fenced outdoor pools (open mid June to mid Sept) and each house has its own small garden/terrace with furniture. Satellite tv hire 35 euros per week. Wi-Fi at reception. Delivery of fresh bread, pastries & croissants on site.

Heating charges - Electricity/water 20 euros/week from 9/6 to 8/9, 35 euros/week rest of year.
